    I needed a bunch of short cables for to plug everything into a switch behind the tv (xbox one, bt tv, actual tv etc). It meant i could keep it quite tidy without extra cables everywhere.

    Like the fact that they are different colours as it makes life easy identifying the cables that leave my eight port switch and then go into various peices of electronic equipment in my front room (sky, amplifier, dvd recorder, android box, xbox etc).
